COLEMAN, J. -- Delmas Parker, petitioner in a dissolution action, appeals: (1) the trial courts order vacating his voluntary dismissal of the petition, arguing that his right to voluntary dismissal was absolute under CR 41 and (2) the trial courts order finding him in contempt for failure to comply with the temporary support order, arguing that the court lacked jurisdiction to enter the contempt order because the case had already been dismissed. We affirm.
